「FZ silicon wafer」

We can offer non-doped, gas-doped and neutron transmutation doped (NTD) FZ.

* Non-doped FZ is developed for RF IC and RF-MEMS. Its resistivity is quite high.
It meets requests for low defects and high-efficiency, which are required for RF devices.
Price must be attractive if compared with that of compound semiconductor materials.

* Gas-doped FZ is doped with dopant gas when the monocrystalline silicon is pulled.
We provide those high quality and high purity wafers.

* NTD (neutron transmutation doped) FZ silicon has an excellent resistivity uniformity, and it was originally used for thyrister devices (silicon-controled rectifiers) and now is for semiconductor power devices, industrial fields and the field of household appliances.

* FCZ is produced by the combination of FZ and CZ processes. The standard resistivity range falls between 0.01 and 50 ohm-cm.
